• Undertaking Non-Revenue Water (NRW) audits for water utilities, to help them understand the magnitude and accuracy of their NRW and breaking down the components through a detailed water balance.
• Providing technical assistance to water utilities in the development and implementation of successful and sustainable Non-Revenue Water management programmes.
